Where’s Keithy?

You may recall our game of Where’s Keithy?

This is the man who took over as Chief Executive of South West Water owner Pennon Group Plc on April 1 2026 and has since spoken about the need to rebuild trust with customers and communities.

Exactly SIX months on, we once again went looking for evidence of how he has been doing that.

We found investor presentations, statements, media interviews and meetings with MPs.

What we haven’t been able to unearth is evidence of Keith Haslett holding an open public meeting or customer Q&A where ordinary South West Water customers can question him directly.

Perhaps there have been events we haven’t found. If there have, we’d genuinely like to hear about them.

But after years of sewage pollution, rising bills and controversy over the way the water industry is run, customers understandably have questions.

And rebuilding trust surely requires more than talking to investors, politicians and journalists.

It also means being prepared to face the people who pay the bills.

So, Keith – when can your customers meet you?
