LET’S TURN THE TIDE

Ocean Activist is a purpose-driven brand — created to fight ocean pollution and corporate destruction. We hold powerful industries to account, back communities, and turn outrage into action. This is more than a brand — it’s a movement.

WE ARE FAMILY

SeaSurf and Ocean Activist began on Devon’s beaches — our family’s playground and escape.
Our son Tom’s lockdown charity dips sparked a movement, turning fun into purpose.
As we witnessed pollution and profit destroying what we loved, one truth became clear: loving the sea isn’t enough — we have to protect it.

suit up, sea saver!

Choosing Ocean Activist means joining a movement that refuses to look away.
Our clothing is made from organic and reclaimed fibres, powered by renewables, and printed with water-based inks.
When it’s worn out, we remake it — closing the loop and protecting the ocean.
Wear it like you mean it.

David Haze — AKA The Nomadic Paddler — has joined Ocean Activist as our Brand Ambassador.
Once battling addiction and serving two prison sentences after his career collapsed, David rebuilt his life from a prison cell, rediscovering his purpose through water. He is now a nine-time world record paddleboarder and a global voice for ocean conservation and second chances.

CURRENT AFFAIRS

EACH WEEK WE’LL REPORT ON THE STUFF YOU need to KNOW… NO FILTERS, NO SPIN JUST ACTIVISM

We need more politicians like Richard Foord.
While some MPs condemn water companies, then join them after leaving office, Richard chose a different path.

We met him at the River Otter in East Devon — he didn’t send a statement, he showed up.

Now he’s launched a petition to strip South West Water of its licence if it keeps dumping sewage into our rivers and seas.

If a company keeps polluting, it shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
Stand with Richard. Stand with us.

OUR KELP CRUSADERS

The sea doesn’t need superheroes — it needs real people. We call them Kelp Crusaders. Out there fighting for the ocean? We want your voice. Tell us what you’re doing — we’ll make it louder. Ready to join the Hall of Fame? Hit the button below.

Sofia Bekir Fuente

In my day job as an environmental engineer, I see firsthand the devastating impact pollution has on our oceans. I want to be part of the solution.

Lily Howe

I grew up exploring the beaches of North Devon and Cornwall, and seeing these beautiful places spoiled by litter and pollution made me want to take a stand.

Sarah Bailey

As someone who grew up by the sea in Devon, I want future generations to share that same joy and connection to the ocean — in its purest, cleanest form.

Tom Bond

Inspired by my family I want to protect our oceans so my own children can one day enjoy the same connection to nature that shaped my life.

our clothing partner

Because we want our products to be made as sustainably as possible, we work with Teemill, an open-access circular economy supply chain that makes products designed to be remade. Teemill is on a mission to recover 100 million items by 2027 and we can’t do it without you. By sending back your products, you are helping us end waste. When the products you order from our store are worn out, simply scan the QR code in the label to send them back to us.
