Two days on from South West Water CEO Susan Davy’s 'retirement' — and there’s an eerie silence at Pennon Group Plc Group HQ.
Still no statement on any of the company’s numerous websites (including SWW).
No post. No press release. Nothing.
Odd for an organisation that regularly updates the public on awards, community work, and corporate milestones.
And especially given Davy had issued a written, defiant reply to a cross-party group of MPs just one day earlier — rejecting calls to resign. No hint of stepping down. No mention of departure.
And now? Total silence.
It’s beginning to feel less like a planned farewell and more like a strategic retreat.
